史蒂夫·乔布斯宣布辞职： 2011年8月24日，苹果CEO史蒂夫·乔布斯(Steve Jobs)正式向苹果董事会提交辞职申请。他还在辞职信中建议由首席营运长Tim Cook接替他的职位。乔布斯在辞职信中表示，自己无法继续担任CEO，不过自己愿意担任公司董事长、董事或普通职员。苹果公司股票暂停盘后交易。乔布斯在信中并没有指明辞职原因，但他一直都在与胰腺癌作斗争。
